She became a viral video sensation after completing 15 hours of the 120 hours allotted for cooking.
While some netizens chastised her for attempting to break Hilda’s ‘not to be certified’ Guinness World Record attempt, others praised her for believing in herself.
The Ekiti State First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, also went to social media to congratulate the chef’s quest to break the Guinness World Record in the longest cooking category with a 120-hour objective, according to the PUNCH.
Chef Dammy also piqued the interest of a Nigerian doctor, Dr. Ayo Arojo, who presented the young chef with N500,000 and a two-week cooking trip to the United States.
Arojo’s announcement of his proposals for Chef Dammy on his Facebook page further boosted support for the Ekiti Chef’s writing.
