Miss Damilola Adeparusi, popularly known as Chef Dammy, an Ekiti-born chef, reached 85 hours on Monday in her quest to create a new record of 120 hours cooking marathon and become a Guinness World Records holder.

According to reports, resident Chef Dammy is presently participating in a cooking marathon in Ilupeju, Ekiti, and is being powered by a generator set since she began on Friday.

Residents of Ilupeju-Ekiti in Oye Local Government Area had been suffering from epileptic electrical supplies for months before Adeparusi set off on her quest.

Adeparusi does not appear fatigued or weary in her demeanour or body language, and she is not distracted by certain nasty remarks about her quest made by select social media users.

In addition, cadet officers were stationed at the building’s entrance to guarantee that order is maintained as her cooking marathon unfolds, and journalists and social media practitioners were also sighted at the apartment.
Chef Dammy had produced Eba, beans with corn, Amala, pounded yam, and rice at the time of the report, among other delectable dishes.
