Outrage As Masquerade Assaults Female Nurse In Nsukka.

Miss Blessing Ogbonna, a private hospital employee in Nsukka, was brutally thrashed by the Oriokpa Nsukka masquerade before falling into a deep drainage. She stated that she couldn’t see the masquerades until it was too late to run because a tipper had blocked her line of sight on her way to the hospital.

The masquerade has garnered a reputation for its involvement in many illegal actions, including regular attacks on individuals who refuse to give them money. Many Nigerians have demanded that the Oriokpa Nsukka masquerade be banned immediately.
